This women-led 1-day mentorship tour is designed to help women and female-identifying skiers and riders gain confidence, practice real-world touring systems, and connect with a supportive community.
The day blends guided touring, mentorship, terrain discussion, movement practice, group communication, and applied decision-making in the field. Objectives are adjusted to current conditions and the group’s experience level.
