Jere Burrell
Splitboard guide and instructor, Jere Burrell, left deep slab instabilities in continental climates for deep snow immersion of the North Cascades. As a passionate splitboarder and a patient and well traveled climber and mountain guide I believe in spreading the love of the mountains!

Lexie Codd
Lexie is our administrative manager who ensures Guided Exposure runs smoothly from booking to trip departure and follow ups. Originally from California Lexie graduated from Seattle University with a degree in Marine and Conservation Biology. While earning her degree she worked with other outdoor organizations coordinating and leading rock climbing trips, courses, and multi day adventures on Washington peaks. When she's not working as an EMT , backcountry rescue, or at Guided Exposure, she can be found petting kitties or communing with Washingtons Southern Resident killer whales.

Kiira Antenucci
Originally from Colorado, Kiira, grew up snowboarding, rock climbing, and kayaking with her family. After high-school she took a gap year, traveling with NOLS to Patagonia, Chile as well as completing her EMT certification through Denver Healths Paramedic School. Kiira has been working as a mountain guide since 2019 and guides skiing and splitboarding in Utah, ski & split and alpine climbs in Washington, and Denali expeditions in Alaska.
When she’s not guiding, Kiira can be found: Whitewater kayaking, skiing, trail running, climbing, baking, and so much more!

Ian McConnell
Hailing from the ice coast, Ian’s slowly been working his way westward over the last decade, finally settling in Northwest Washington after running out of landmass and conveniently discovering what he deems the best skiing in the lower 48. Ian’s love for sliding on snow has taken him all over the world, and many of his happiest memories have been on the skin track. His greatest joy is facilitating experiences for folks who share his reverence for mountains and love for sliding on snow.

Graham Clark
Graham grew up in Mt. Vernon, Washington where he fell in love with skiing at an early age of 7. While completing a degree in environmental geology at Western Washington University he expanded his love for skiing while honing his observational skills while Eventually he ventured deeper into the Mount Baker backcountry until he needed a snowmobile to find unexplored terrain.
Initially teaching awareness courses with the Northwest Avalanche Center Graham is now a full-fledged snow geek who teaches AIARE courses and does outreach for snowmobile clubs and the Northwest Avalanche Center.
