- Classic Green Creek Route: A local classic climbing route on diorite rock whic is very grippy. Ascend up 3rd & 4th class rock ridges and a crux pitch of 5.5 YDS up onto the Sisters Glacier. Then climb the moderate snow before traversing on to South Sister NE Ridge then scramble class 3 to the top.
- Flexible Itinerary: Options for weather delay or additional climbs on nearby routes such as the North Ridge of Cinderella or East Ridge of Little Sister.

Itinerary
Day 1:
- Meet in the picturesque village of Welcome, Washington.
- Gear check and hike into camp at Green Creek or continue up the Green Creek Arete to camp on the Sisters Glacier.
Day 2:
- Climb the Green Creek Arete to the Sisters Glacier, and up the South Sister NE Ridge.
- Descend back to camp or hike out
Day 3:
- Option to climb another nearby route on Cinderella or Little Sister and return to camp or descend back to the Trailhead
Day 4:
- Descend and hike out to the trailhead.
