Course Overview
In our Advanced Splitboarding course, we focus on cultivating a repeatable approach to steeper terrain and deeper snow, building confidence by building up to terrain overtime and with secure riding assistance, and executing tours that will fulfill your big mountain powder riding dreams, in the lower 48. Expect to tackle iconic lines such as Little AK, Diamond Trees, or the Stoneman Couloir.
Rope Skills Introduction
While rope skills, including belayed riding and rappelling, are not the primary focus, they may be introduced to enhance your splitboarding proficiency and help to support a secure riding progression. This course complements our 4-Day Splitboard Mountaineering program, offering a well-rounded, all year, all conditions, skill set.
