Come join us on our annual Mount Rainier Climb via the Emmons Glacier Route. This 5 day guided trip ascends to the Mount Rainier Summit over 5 days and 4 nights from July 14th - July 18th.

This is a great trip for experienced mountaineers or those with a good level of athleticism. The Emmons Glacier is typically a longer glacier route that has sections steep snow that add a fun element to the route. At low ratios of 4 total guest and 2 guides, or a 2:1 guest to guide ratio. But don't worry most of the time it's a beautiful scenic walk up one of the Cascades most iconic volcanoes.

Our 5 day trip starts off with a gear check the night before our departure in Greenwater Washington. The next day we plan to hike up to camp. On day 2 we have a short walk from camp. Ideally by day 4 we arise with an alpine start and climb under headlamp as the alpenglow casts over the Emmons Glacier. Gradually the morning turns to day and we climb up the mountain to the summit. We descend back to camp and enjoy all our hard work and the reward of the summit. Day 5 we walk out to the trailhead in time to grab a burger and beverages in town.

  • Prior experience with ice axe, crampons, and glacier travel preferred but not required
