Led by guide Team Member Jere Burrell, this course is designed to take your splitboarding skills to new heights while imparting proficiency in vital areas such as navigation, snow camping craft, and technical descents using ropes.

Course Highlights: Advanced to Expert Riding

Ideal for those with advanced riding ability in variable snow conditions, strong skinning skills, and excellent fitness for four days of intense travel, riding, and mountaineering.

Prepare yourself to tackle more challenging routes off the beaten path, on mountains across the globe. This course is your gateway to splitboarding excellence, combining adventure and skill-building in some of the most breathtaking alpine landscapes. Join us now to elevate your splitboarding journey!

 Itinerary

  • Day 1: Meet and greet, gear check, and travel into camp on the glacier.
  • Day 2: Pack up camp and delve into roped glacier travel, route finding, self-arrest techniques, and rappelling. Enjoy a warm-up ride before moving to the next camp.
  • Day 3: Pack up camp, explore snow anchors, crevasse rescue, navigation, belayed riding, and ride from a summit, descending to our next camp.
  • Day 4: Pack up camp and put all acquired skills to the test during a summit climb and descent. Return to the trailhead.
